Paperchase is an established stationary, cards and gift-wrap retailer in the UK. The company has been creating and selling stationary products for over 40 years and at the moment there are over 100 Paperchase outlets in the UK.
Paperchase recently launched their new online store, showcasing a selection of new and existing product collections. The company wanted to implement an effective emailing campaign, informing existing and prospective clients of their recent company and product innovations.
What We Did
Lilo was asked to develop and manage an online emailing campaign to promote awareness around the launch of the new online store and the latest Paperchase product range. The project entailed developing, distributing and managing seven new email newsletters to an extensive client and press base.
Lilo developed the newsletter in HTML and currently manages the entire Paperchase newsletter campaign, sent to 21 500 recipients. Lilo provides Paperchase with ongoing campaign statistics that include click-through rates, sending rates, bounce rates and unsubscribe notifications.
